Posey Deluxe Fall Management Kit

The Deluxe Fall Management Kit has everything that medical workers need to clearly identify patients who have a high risk of falling. Made by Posey, these kits make it possible to manage a patient’s fall risk immediately after intake.

Each Fall Management kit includes one fall risk identification bracelet, one Falling Star Magnet, one pair of Posey Fall Management Socks, and one fall management blanket.

The fall management socks help prevent falls with skid-resistant rubber treads. The socks are also thick and comfortable. Posey Falling Star Magnets make it easy for medical workers to identify patients with a high risk of falling. The magnets can attach to the outer doorjamb of a patient’s room or to any other magnetic surface. Fall management blankets also make it easy to identify fall risk patients.

The kits are color coordinated in green, orange, purple, red, and yellow, making it possible to also use the kits to color-code patients for additional indications, etc.

Kits are available in standard and large sock sizes.
