Posey Essential Fall Management Kit

This Essential Fall Risk Kit makes it easy to identify patients who have a high risk of falling. Made by Posey, these kits are ideal to have on hand for patient intake.

Each one of these Fall Management kits includes one fall risk identification bracelet, one Falling Star Magnet and one pair of Posey Fall Management Socks.

The fall management socks help prevent falls with skid-resistant rubber treads. The socks are also thick and comfortable. Posey Falling Star Magnets make it easy for medical workers to identify patients with a high risk of falling. The magnets can attach to the outer doorjamb of a patient’s room or to any other magnetic surface.

The kits are color coordinated in green, orange, purple, red, and yellow, making it possible to also use the kits to color-code patients for additional indications, etc.

Kits are available in standard and large sock sizes.
